Product is very easy to use. My class at school, as well as my son and daughter, thoroughly enjoy using it. (KS2 age). Very instinctive to use. Fantastic service. Originally purchased it about 7yrs ago and when trying to set it up on my new laptop, the service from David at the help desk was second to none. Emailing me back and forth until it was sorted....took so long as I misunderstood what I was doing! Would highly recommend.
